DC Riot and stuff?

with the riot we're going to need some prisoners first!!! Hence our re-opening of the DC so report report report!!

As for when the riot happens all pks are allowed to participate, but there's still only four who actually man it!

When we say 'man the dc' we are referring to the department heads. The four Pk's that do this have been announced in the official reopening notice and are all played by a member f staff. Each of these PK's are invested in a certain part of the DC and how it runs.

So when PK's, citizens refer to the DC, they can refer to those four as the people who are in charge of it. Any PK's entering the DC to perform an interrogation for a case, etc must report to those four.
