Who Wants to Be A Celebrity? A new game show brought to you from the Capitol. Here you can find peformers from all over the Capitol competing to be the next celebrity. All performance art skills of any kind can be found here, whether it's singing, dancing, or music.
But you will not only find a wide variety of top-notch Capitol talents, you'll also get in depth look at the drama that entangles the contestants. You never know who will progress through the grueling stages of performance and elimination. The one question we're all anxiously awaiting the answer for is, who will be the next celebrity? But who wants it most? And what will they do to get the title?
Alright, thank you for reading through that Capitol commercial. This plot is basically (as you read in the commercial) a reality/game show where performers will compete to be the only one not eliminated. The last person in the game wins the title of, "The Next Celebrity." (of course they winnothing really the knowledge that you can roleplay performances the best. I know, I'm sorry. Maybe you can ask Aya or Lulu to do something special, but don't count on it.)
The performers, the judges, and the host will interact for a period of about a week (OOC), and after the week is over, the judges and host (myself) will get together to decide which performer is knocked out of the competition. Once a character is eliminated, they can no longer thread in the game show's threads and plots (unless asked directly by me). They are free to do whatever else they would like in other threads (because it is your character, after all), but they are out of the game show in all aspects.
There will hopefully be lots of drama, I'm hoping the characters will be developed a lot and provide for a juicy and fun plot. I'm going to say I prefer no deaths in the plot, but they are your characters, so if the arguments get heated enough or the jealousy just becomes too much to bear, I guess you could kill someone off. But you have to have the consent of the person you're going to kill. And it also has to be very realistic, you can't just kill them because you want there to be a death in the plot.
This will probably not be a first come, first serve plot, but it very well may be if there are not enough applicants.

FELIX FAUSTUS PLAYED BY: OPEN Character Info: 19 years old | Male Felix has always been somewhat of a troublemaker. He hasn't been caught too much, though. And nobody can really explain why. He's kind of clumsy, doesn't always say the right things, and isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. People just say he's lucky. Because that's really the only thing that can explain how he is so successful and wealthy at only nineteen years old. Of course, he's not just lucky. To be successful, you have to have the right amount of luck and talent. In Felix's case, he's always been an incredible singer. Ever since he could talk, he's been singing. It's his favorite thing to do and it makes him the happiest (and luckiest) person in the world that he gets to do it for a profession. | LIVIUS ORR PLAYED BY: OPEN Character Info: 22 years old | Male Livius has always been somewhat infamous. He comes off as a very charming and easy going person, but once you get to know him, you get to know his dark side as well. And he is an incredibly jealous and envious person. He doesn't like it when people have better things than him, but he absolutely can't stand when people try to outdo him in music. Livius considers himself the best guitar player around, and many people would agree with him. But his inability to appreciate the talent of others doesn't always serve him well. Luckily for him, he normally doesn't show his dark side, unless you cross him. Then he'll let it out completely. And that's never a good thing. |
VITUS CAIN PLAYED BY: OPEN Character Info: 24 years old | Male Vitus is a person who values the things that are more commonly thought of as luxuries. He strives to be a higher class than everyone, taking pride in his incredible talent of playing the piano. He considers himself classy and often too good for anything less than perfect. Although he puts on this snooty exterior, Vitus is full of passion and determination. He takes his piano seriously and never allows himself a day without practice. He always strives for the best and takes every opportunity to reach the top. This persistence has carried him far in life, but has the potential to get him into trouble. Normally, his sister, Vita is good at getting him out of trouble, but even a professional makes mistakes sometimes. | VITA CAIN PLAYED BY: OPEN Character Info: 20 years old | Female Vita, like her brother, takes pride in being classy and above the dirty lower class. She believes if something isn't able to be described as exquisite, it shouldn't exist. She absolutely adores her violin and takes it just as seriously, if not more than, her brother, Vitus. Unlike Vitus, Vita doesn't have that burning passion inside of her to rise to the top. She prefers riding on the tails of those who do have the drive and then profiting from their work. That's how she's been able to make it as a violinist, she's ridden behind her brother and nabbed all the same opportunities that he has. One thing that is good about cherry picking, though, is that you have a better view of the consequences of the driver's actions. Which is how she is able to pull her brother out of shifty situations. At least most of the time. |
MAXIMUS KOCH PLAYED BY: OPEN Character Info: 25 years old | Male Maximus has always been known as, "that idiot who likes to rap." It's true, he's pretty dim, but his vocabulary is extremely colorful and he loves what he does. He likes to think of lyrics when there's nothing else to do, and even when there is stuff to do. Maximus is a dedicated and hard working person. This probably comes from his determination to not end up like his parents. He grew up in a bad part of the Capitol, where gangs, criminals, and just delinquents in general seem to just manifest. Because of all of this crime and terror, Maximus vowed to get a better life, and he's definitely getting there. | NERVA KHAN PLAYED BY: AZA Character Info: 26 years old | Female Nerva is a phenomenal dancer. She seems to have an almost magical ability to move her limbs around however she wants. She's incredibly passionate and all she wants to do is dance. She can often be found rehearsing dance moves or coming up with new ones. As passionate as she is about dancing, she's incredibly serious about it as well. She doesn't let anything get in the way of her dancing and if anything does, she tears it down with everything she's got. Nerva is one of the strongest people you'll ever meet, and she takes much pride in that. |
PLAYED BY: PHANTOM Character Info: 26 years old | Female She is a up and coming makeup artist and you need one, these contestants ain't gonna look beautiful on their own. She's not exactly a contestant on the show, but instead she does all the contestants makeup and hair, they can tell her what they think of the other contestants, and she twists their words and tells the other contestants what that one contestant said in a desperate attempt to be liked... If that makes any sense? | PLAYED BY: ALI Character Info: 23 years old | Female Cassia has always been obsessed with looks. "Looks are everything." "Beauty first." Cassia whole heartedly believes in all saying like those. Lucky for Cassia, she happens to be an incredibly gorgeous girl. This is how she made her big break into the movie industry, by using her looks. And Cassia is by no means afraid to use them to gain leverage in a situation. Since Cassia is all about the beauty, she can be an incredibly demanding and self-centered person. She often expects to get what she wants, and when she doesn't she throws a fit. This serves as yet another reason to why she gets so far in life, nobody wants to tell her no. |

Lamia is one of the most judgmental people you could ever meet. She decides who people are sometimes as soon as she hears their name. And then she sticks to those judgments. Normally, her judgments aren't the kindest, and she qualifies that as a good reason to be mean.
Although she is extremely critical, she often inadvertently (or maybe not) helps those she criticizes. Because she's so harsh in her judgments, her victims often change to appease her, because she is so widely connected. And if you're on Lamia's good side, you tend to profit greatly.

COSTODIS WINDSOR PLAYED BY: OPEN Character Info: 34 years old | Male Custodis is much unlike his two judge counterparts. He is more kind and caring than the two, and often isn't there to criticize, but tell the contestants what he loves about their performance and how to capitalize on that. Because of this, he tends to be a fan favorite. Unfortunately, Costodis's peaceful ways come from drugs. And he likes to use them, often. And another thing about it is, he's incredibly sly and crafty. Everyone knows he does drugs, but nobody can catch him. And people have tried. And that would be his downfall, if it ever comes. | MEDUSA DALL PLAYED BY: OPEN Character Info: 40 years old | Female Medusa, contrary to what her name might lead you to believe, is a very kind and sweet woman. She is a bit stubborn and set in her ways, which causes her to bash heads with others a lot. But if she takes a liking to you, she tends to stick to it. And that usually works out in their favor, because she's is incredibly loyal. Medusa is the judge that everyone relates to on the show. She's funny, but she can make you want to pull your hair out sometimes. She's extremely fair, and you almost never see her favor one person or the other. She does pick favorites, but some might say she's harder on her favorites than she is on her least favorites. |
