Second Tribute at the Trains after Day 3

The second tribute to arrive at a train after Day 3 (aka the second tribute to post in the L Train or R Train combined) will be swarmed by Alarm Owls. Due to the Alarm Owls’ loud presence, tributes in adjacent locations will be aware of the tribute’s location, and may jump over and join the tribute’s mandated fight/non-mandated thread after their own mandated fight/non-mandated thread has finished – to help them or hurt them, as the case may be.

The tribute who triggers the Alarm Owls must roll the dice to determine their fate and the fate of their alliance members, considering that all allies will be vulnerable to attack from others as well.

1 = Nothing happens, but the owls will remain until the next day. The dice must be rolled again at the beginning of the day, and this can potentially continue for several days if the tribute keeps rolling a 1.

2 = A mutt will appear, and this mutt must be killed. There will be a separate dice roll for the type of mutt if this option is rolled. At the end of the Games day, the owls will disperse. This mutt fight will occur after the mandate of the day is finished.

3 = The tribute who triggered the Alarm Owls will be attacked by the swarm five times. This will occur immediately, even if the tribute is in a mandate.

The owls will remain for the rest of the Games day. Even after fleeing a mandate, all tributes allied with the tribute who triggered the RE must post again so as to remain susceptible to attack. At the end of the Games day, the owls will disperse (if a 1 has not been rolled).
