The Fourth Alliance at the Black Rock Beach will disturb a nest of Will-o-Wasps. These needle-nosed birds do not take kindly to strangers on their beach. The tributes may choose to either face two fierce Will-o-Wasps, or they may each roll to lose one random item as they flee. This roll is equal to [*roll range="1-#of items in the tribute's inventory"]. As with other randomized dice rolls, you cannot lose your equipped armor or weapon this way.
