2nd Tribute to Survive a Werewolf Bite

The second tribute to survive a werewolf bite (cut) overnight will begin to exhibit symptoms of werewolfism the following evening. As the sun sets, the tribute's hair will begin to grow long from the top of their head to their now hairy toes. Their teeth will sharpen, especially their incisors, and they will have the uncontrollable urge to howl.

The tribute will be able to bite with their newly sharpened teeth as a knife. These affects will last the remainder of the Games.
