Caldwell Lurk, Dog Breeder of Disrtict 5

Tall with shaggy red hair and freckles. Not too stocky. Small scar on his left hand from a dog that attacked him at the age of 5. Brown eyes. Crooked nose.

Smart and quick. Knows everything there is to know about dogs. His only weakness is his readiness to trust. Easily angered and hates anything from the higher districts, though he beleives that the capitol rule is fair.

Was born to a family of dog breeders. Has both parents, a little sister, and a personal doy named Brody. His little sister's name is Elizabeth, and she specializes in training the puppies. He himself specializes in the youth dogs, only slightly older than puppies. When he was 5, a rebelious dog attacked another dog. He tried to break up the fight, but the dog bit his left hand, and it scarred.
