no such thing as a free lunch

Dark gray clouds suddenly growl from overhead, almost purring in approval as rain deludes pools of blood left by the game's start. All tributes who escaped the bloodbath without so much as a scratch on them suddenly feel the hairs on the backs of their neck begin to raise. There is a static popping in their ears. And then... a flash. 

Every tribute who took no damage in the bloodbath is suddenly struck by lightning and must roll for damage. [*roll=1-8]
