District four BF needed (homosexual)

Hello! I'm looking for a homosexual boyfriend for my character "Tyler Vencill" from district four. They must obviously be male and homosexual, but they also must be located in district four. My characters thread is a WIP because I need someone to play this role. Thanks so much!
