Truth or Dare {all tributes}

It was an interesting night at the Capitol to say the least, yet Weaver found himself roaming the halls of the building trying to find something to do. Training was tiring, and the eighteen year old had no desire to learn how to fight. If he didn't promise his brother he would, Weaver would spend every single hour locked away in the room the Capitol supplied him with. It was better than trying to get to know the other tributes because getting to know them only made it harder when one of them died, and it also made it harder to have a name to go along with the face of a living being.

Weaver still wasn't sure what he was doing when he journeyed to through the halls, and he had no destination in mind, but he knew something must be done. Something had to take away the terrible sense of urgency to cure the boredom spreading like a wildfire through his mind, yet he thought of nothing.

A heavy sigh left his chest and fled past his lips filling the air around him. Weaver reached forward opening a door revealing a staircase. It was something he hadn't seen before, and hopefully up didn't just leave him trapped at a dead end.

He climbed up and up and up, and he was thankful that he was in the shape he was in because otherwise he'd be leaning over the railing fighting to catch his breath. Finally he passed the district twelve floor, and he saw there was still more stairs to climb. His knee was aching, yet he pressed forward with a smile on his face, and when he saw the door leading somewhere, his pace quickened. Once he was there, the door swung open, and he was standing outside looking at the Capitol for an entirely different view.

Every breath caught in the back of this throat, and his heart leaped joyfully. His chin dropped to the ground. Weaver stood in awe wishing he could see this on a daily basis, but he couldn't unless he miraculously survived the games. He sighed silently as he turned a corner heading away from the door. A gentle breeze filled the air, and the stars twinkled high in the sky. It was almost like he was home lying on the hard, dried grass outside.

He paused taking it all in until more and more tributes piled onto the roof for some sort of meeting, truth or dare, and he remembered the rumors spreading the hall of a wonderful night time event planned. Part of him wanted to run away because too many people were standing around him, and he was afraid he'd make a fool himself like he had done so many times before. But this was truth or dare to bond with his fellow tributes. Surely he wouldn't make a fool of himself because he was almost certain everyone would eventually.

Weaver looked at the crowd as they all gathered around, and he stared into their direction taking every single one of them in, and he stopped his gaze in front of the girl from district six, and he mumbled under his breath. Weaver cleared his throat before asking the famous question of the game. "Truth or dare?"
