Day 1 - Post Bloodbath - All Tributes

Immediately following the Bloodbath, the skies will darken. An ominous tune fills the arena. The clouds shade from grey to charcoal to midnight black before opening with a crack. Hundreds of pens fall atop the tributes’ heads. They come in all shapes and sizes: bic pens, colored pencils, quills and sharpies. A Gamemakers’ voice fills the arena: “You know what really turns me on? Letters. They’re so old fashioned, don’t you think? So totally cute. And we know you don’t just want to write letters to each other. So, if you catch a Delivery Word, we’ve got this like Post Office Mailbox thingy in the Granite Flats for you to find. Be sure to mark the address of your paramour clearly. Oh, and we’ll be reading all of the letters first. Like, duh.”

Tributes must catch a Delivery Word for proper paper upon which to write said letter. The letter can be sent out of the arena to family/friends. However, it MUST first be PMed to the three GMs (sbeeg Rosetta d10f ekta ram // [earthling] ). Ultimately we (as Capitolites) will read and approve the letters. If the letter is State Approved, it will be posted publicly in the RE board for the recipient. If the letter is declined, it will be posted in the RE board as Confidential (but y’all can still read it OOC for funises). Letters can also be mailed between tributes within the arena, either sent via Delivery Word or the mailbox.

Letters will be able to be sent into the arena as well, beginning Day 2. Same rules apply, and tributes can only claim and read the letter if they are in the Granite Flats. Please PM the letter(s) to all 3 Gamemakers for review. Have fun!
