Ratmas 2016 - Day 1 - Opening Ceremony

Merry Ratmas, one and all! To kick off, the first day of Ratmas will be spent opening up a handful of events for signups, so that they can effectively be completed and so that members have adequate time to prepare for the festivities ahead!
