Their swords clash in the yard as she stares from the window. Blue eyes roll at the sound of her bastard of a brother shouting at Pascal. A typical occurrence that happened within the home. Their father and mother, two demons created to ruin Iden’s life, but she could care less about that. As long as they don’t take notice to her skills. All she wants is to be left to her own demises. Never once did she need someone to help her or do something for her. She was independent and liked it that way. As Pascal and Iden lean on each other for support, she stands up tall. Parents letting their praise fall upon her even though she didn’t need it.

As she approaches the room she’s lived in for all of her life, she smiles. Blades line the walls, sharp and jagged, ready to cut the last breath of anyone who stood in her way, anyone who wanted a blade through their neck or eye. The room was eerily creepy to some, but she found comfort being surrounded in things that she could protect herself with. She was sharp like the blade, able to stab anyone with just her words and literately stab them. Strong like the force needed to create damage to a human body.

”Lilah, come eat dinner!”

”Sorry Bro, you ain’t my boss, I’ll come down when I want to.”

As the footsteps echo away, the silence puts her in a comfort as she stares at the blades. This was her peace, just like her life was upon the training she learned. A career in her own aspect, but she gave no shits, her own goal in life was to live. Live by her own words. And that’s what she would do.
