APPEARANCE:
He has straight, dark brown hair (recently made short due to some peers teasing his long hair).
Stands at a shorter than average height of 5 feet, 8 inches.
Has dark blue eyes.
Has a habit of biting his nails.
He is skinnier than someone his age should be.
Has a rosy-pale/fair skin tone.
PERSONALITY:
Extremely talkative with everybody, including random strangers.
Is too trusting, believing that everyone is a good person.
Can have sudden "off" days in which he hates the world and becomes a recluse for a day or two.
Extremely loyal to his friends (almost excessively so).
WAY too cheerful.
Some find him irritating as he may seem condescendingly smart at times.
HISTORY:
Born as the middle child of 5.
He has been curious about the formation of the Districts after the Dark Days for a considerable amount of time (basically when he could start reading and understanding what he was reading meant).
Highly intelligent, ranking near the top/at the top of his class for four consecutive years in a row.
Had a crush on a girl in his class, but didn't know how to talk and said some awkward words...
Currently disgusted with the Capitol and what the games stand for.
Will grow up to be a person that doesn't follow what would be considered the norm, and will most likely get in trouble for it.
