playing make-believe // arctic [blitz]

If it were medicine, I dare say I'd be abusing the drug by now.

Every visit, everytime I lay my eyes upon the galactic ocean hanging over me, I grow more and more fond of the beauty it graces me with.

I keep coming back for more,

and more and more and more and more and more

because it's the closest I can get to making Diorite Fray's world a reality.

It's the only thing from my world that can become reality, a breathtaking stretch of the dark adorned with heavenly specks of light; beautiful, more lively colors mixing with the stars and blackness in such a divine way it ties it all together into the masterpiece of a sky I see every night.

It's the closest I can get to achieving true satisfaction.

With excitement I maintain the habit of moving to the rooftop when I feel I've finished my training for the day, and this time a dreamer's wind whispers me an idea to enhance this experience.

(Lay down.)

And when I do, it really feels like I'm floating in a glowing, universal sea.

My eyes widen, and so does a grin that makes its way onto my face.

Finally, it all just feels so real.

I laugh with sincere happiness as footsteps get closer, and I'm greeted by yet another tribute to provide me company up here, standing over me.

My hand reaches into the stars to collect his name as I spot the two written on his body.

"...Saummerand," I remember.

I giggle as I turn my head back towards twinkling magnificence.

"Care to join me in floating amongst this sparkling ocean of a dream-come-true?"
