Adelaide's Hot Springs Egg Carton Trap

Adelaide carefully constructs two signs. One near the Hot Springs/Waterfall border that reads (in messy henna): "FRESH EGGS THIS WAY --->" and another at the Hot Springs proper that reads "SORRY, BY 'FRESH' I MEANT 'ROTTEN' AND BY 'EGGS' I MEANT 'SULPHURIC WATER'." Beneath the second sign lies an empty egg carton.
Rolling to activate the egg carton trap:

This roll will be rolled for all tributes entering the Hot Springs (not the waterfall).
Adelaide and her allies are more likely to stumble upon this trap (dice is the same, but 4 also = activated). The first time they do, a koala stumbles upon this trap as well and they may keep it as seen fit.
This trap will be active indefinitely, and will continue to be rolled for after being triggered.
