Percival Durwood | District Seven {FIN}

Mr. Durwood has never been significantly tall. As a child, he was the shortest one of his friend group and didn't even hit 5'6" until shortly before his teenage years concluded. For a while, Percival had a bit of a limp due to an injury to his leg and therefore used an umbrella as a cane. Although he no longer has the limp and therefore no longer needs the umbrella, he still carries it around and is very unhappy with anyone who tells him he doesn't need it, questions him about it or touches it when he doesn't give them permission. He isn't afraid to defend his 'fashion sense', either.

The man wears a hat practically every day of his life, along with his question mark printed sweater vest and a rather particular tie that he's selected. It's very rare to see him without these 'essentials' of his. He also will quite often wear a tan-colored coat over top of them. If you can catch him wearing a different outfit, it would be considered quite a rarity, as he owns multiple of the same items and washes them frequently. Many people think he's strange for his choice of attire, but he tells them it's perfectly fashionable.

Normally, Percival's dark, brown hair is almost entirely hidden beneath the hat that he wears. The man's green eyes are also quite stunning, should one actually take notice of them. He's slightly on the pudgier side of things, but he doesn't really mind, as long as he still fits into his favorite clothes. Not too pale, yet not all that tan, he's of an average Caucasian skin tone. It's likely that, if it weren't for the way he dressed, this particular man wouldn't stand out too much.
