Character Ideas: A make-up artist, dreams about fame and success. Likes attention. Wasn't very popular among the Capitol citizens and decided to try her luck as a Games Historian, because she has always been rather intelligent.

Character Job Title: Hunger Games Analyst/Commentator
Character Ideas: He was once a boy who preferred the company of his own shadow.

Born to modest Capitolites, he was never a vain boy in his youth and in his younger years he was not very attractive. Never managing to keep up with fashion, having unruly and unkempt hair and wearing glasses, he was always the kind of person to sit behind the scenes solving equations rather than to go out socializing in his school years. Forever short on confidence, there was still an aching desire to be something better despite his appearance flaws. He could rise above the storm of his own insecurities no matter what his tormentors told him. Stuttering be damned.

Puberty, a cruel journey but a necessary one. He doesn't remember when the final straw was, perhaps he had been rejected by one girl too many or he had decided enough as he found himself shoved into yet another locker. He vowed to be better in his final year of school, buying books on public speaking and practicing in front of the mirror. Putting in a conscious effort to smile more and practicing his firm handshake with his mother, he promised himself his fortunes would turn. Perhaps fate had granted him just that, he had started to wash and brush his hair, he began to wear contacts as opposed to always wearing glasses and his mother and father's salaries finally would allow him to keep up with the latest fashion trends. As he spoke, he tamed his stutter and buried his insecurities beneath his skin.

Finishing school top of his class, putting his head down in college (or the Capitol equivalent I guess) and graduating the top of his class and working short-term in several industries requiring his talents before gaining an internship at ALL CAPS. Numbers were his life after all, he crunched data. Analyzing data from past games, drawing trends and hypothesis' and finding correlations and causation. It took just over two years of number crunching until he just happened to fall into bed with the right woman who would notice his talents and bring it to the attention of the higher-ups. With his stutter all but conquered and his awkward stature corrected, he was given a taste of the spotlight. Analyzing the games, data from the games and condensing them into his own fifteen minute segment where he would try to predict who was likely to win, what was likely to happen and how it would happen, comment on the games, find similarities with past games, fun facts etc. Based off of the current situations and data from past games of course. It was good to speculate, he was more than an analyst, he was a commentator. With numbers tattooed before his eyes and a small team of analysts under his thumb, he has evolved from a boy who preferred the company of his own shadow to a man who will no longer flinch in the spotlight.

Bullying and insecurities be damned, this is where he belongs.

i’ve had this character in my head for like 18 years so she’s a big wip, widow who’s husband died on a trip to the districts in a riot. basically loathes the districts, wants them all dead, vengeance vengeance blah blah ice cold bitch with a 3 year old called jubilee. her husband loved the arts and made her fall in love with media, art, music and poetry as she fell in love with him. keeps producing bc she wants to keep that part of him close to her. keeps analysing deaths, kills and muttations because she wants to keep his death - and those of the districts children - close to her too. a big ol’ wip i’ll probably write a 5k bio.

Bee's real name is a bit of a mystery, an enigma, but that is all apart of the act and perhaps a cover up about her past. Born Bellarus Squaller, Bee's family wasn't the richest in the Capitol. Her father was a businessman, her mother a socialite and financial expert who only cared about what was in and what was out and unfortunately when children became out, Bee was forgotten. Cared and raised for by the maids, Bee developed a kind and bubbly nature opposed to her parents. Since she wasn't watched or really under the scrutiny of her parents, Bee dabbled in less than legal things such as hacking. She gained a love for it, hacking and finding out people's deepest secrets. It's thought that she found out some dark secrets about her mother because shortly after she began hacking, Bellarus Squaller vanished and the name Bee began to appear. Bee now works for ALL CAPS revealing Gossip to the Capitol- but she may have an ulterior motive....
