Fuck.

inhale, exhale.

It was awful to see the hell that unfolded for the short amount of time I was there. Going from silence in my tube to ear-splitting gongs and warfare that became our fight. It was our world war. Where, like most wars, only one soldier was able to claim the victory of his home. There may be winners, may be people who lost and people who never stood a chance. Those who watched only gave a second glance to the victor of it all. The one person who would be able to escape, and find a haven in the world they’d soon after get shoved right back into.

Finding my escape was easy. Finding my safe haven was hell.

Guess it was only the beginning of the rest of this hellish bowl of death.
