Blood ran down the back of her neck, drenching her blue dress with streaks of red.
She was like a river stained with blood. But soon it will be washed away and forgotten. Only to be replaced by new bloodshed the next day and the next, until finally there was no more room.
Until finally she would be drowned by the red.
They picked over Seven's body, searching for anything useful that she might have. Quietly they split up the dead girl's items, and tucked them away in their bags. This girl had a family, a story, a life.
But it's better off if she pretended she was just a number.
Eos walked off in silence, consumed in her own thoughts. Elite's voice was muffled as they walked to their next destination. For once, she didn't much care what he had to stay, no matter how important it may be. Another girl down.
