South's Graphics Shop!

So, South can make graphics. Not very well, and not very fast, but South can make graphics. I decided to put this up since Shrimp and Frida look like they're getting bogged down with graphic requests, and I figured maybe this could ease their workload up a bit. Of course, I'm not as good as either of them, I've only been fooling around with GIMP for a few months, but here are a few things I can do.

POST HEADERS

I can take pictures, round the corners, play with the colors a bit, and add text. I do this with almost all of my characters, so a lot of you have probably seen these in my posts. Examples include:

LYRIC GRAPHICS

I basically take a picture, smaller than a post header, play around with transparency, and add text from song lyrics, quotes, character dialogue, or just about anything, really. I find that these work really well for standalones, or even just for a post header when I want to jazz things up a bit. Examples include:

SIGNATURES/OTHER TYPES OF GRAPHICS

I'm newest at this type of graphic (the kind that requires actual work and planning), and I've only made a few that I'm actually happy with, so be warned that if you request a sig that it might take a while and/or not look too great. I think I'm getting better, though, and this will certainly be great practice for me! Examples include:

REQUESTS

This is the request form. Please, please, PLEASE only make requests using this form. It makes things easier for me, not to mention that it makes the thread look prettier! And remember, I might take a while to make your graphic since I'm busy with college (and also just slow because I'm not that good at GIMP yet) and stuff, so please try to be patient with me ^^
