Two Questions.

Hello there, everybody! I'm Mutt, known as Muttation in the chatbox, and my inquiries consist of the following;
1. What is, and how do I receive, an OTM voter ID? (This is technically two questions in itself, really.)
2. Why is it that, of late, when I post, my money remains the same quantity it was when I first logged in? This has only ever happened to me today. When logging in, I had approximately $315. Since then, I have posted three (now four) times, which would amount to an additional $20 credited to my account. Despite this, although I have posted numerous times, the number remains fixed at $315. Would somebody be able to explain this to me?

EDIT: So it seems as if I now have $320, from posting this thread. Can somebody tell me why my other three posts have not been credited to my account? Is this a glitch or fault on my part, somehow?
