Rose got some satisfaction from the girl's facial expression. She must think that by now I'm crazy for sure. Maybe I am, does it really matter? As Rose waited for the girl's answer she saw her mouth gradually open until it was wide and gaping. She really wanted water, and as much as Rose had come to hate Nestle, she thought she owed it to the girl to help her. If she died out here, Rose would come to live with it eventually, but she wouldn't stand to be that cruel.
As the girl quickly clamped her mouth shut - maybe to stop herself from drooling - she sighed before answering Rose. Saying you don't want to trust you won't get you too far, princess. Maybe I should just let her climb the fence whilst it's still on..

With relief flooding through her body, she digested Nestle's words, which Rose just couldn't make sense of. As she finally understood the meaning behind the words, she gave a little sigh of exasperation. "Finally, you decide to trust me," Rose said. She let out another sigh, as if the situation was boring to her. And it was, to be honest. After all, it wasn't the first time Rose had been out here, and she knew how the fence worked. "Smart girl. Anyway, what I need you to do is look to your left, down a bit. If you can see it closely enough, that part isn't running on electricity. If you put one of your feet on it at the same time that I deactivate the fence, it should work." As the girl quickly clamped her mouth shut - maybe to stop herself from drooling - she sighed before answering Rose. Saying you don't want to trust you won't get you too far, princess. Maybe I should just let her climb the fence whilst it's still on..
Rose tried not to put too much emphasis on the word should, as there was always a slight possibility that things wouldn't go the way you expected them to. But Rose still raised an eyebrow at Nestle, that was intended to mean you ready? as she took a few steps to the right and stood on tip-toe on the top of a fairly large rock right next to the water hole, reaaching up into the nearby tree.
