I'm gonna die here.
Swallow-Anne's frail and bloody body trembles against the wall of the shack. The tears falling over her cheeks in uncontrollable streams, mingling with the waterfall of blood from the wound in her shoulder. Her eyes never leave the man as he stumbles towards her, almost gentle the way he caressed her wound, his naked body next her hers. But then the pain came as his fingers dug into the gash in her breast, spreading the flesh and pulling at the fat and fibers below. A scream breaks the air again as her head falls back and she trys to scoot even further away.
"You know I'm not just gonna stop now doll."
His fingers go to his lips and she watches in horror as his tongue darts out tasting the blood tainting them. Her blood. Swallow-Anne's stomach churns at the sight, her hands coming to her mouth to keep the bile from spilling on the floor. "You're just gonna have to accept this." The knife slashes forward again and she ducks under it making a break for the glint of light she assumes is the door. "No! Ya ain't gotta do this. I ain't gonna tell no one. Just lemme go!"
The knife scales across her back leaving a shallow slice, and she falls backwards to the floor screaming once more. Kicking and flailing in his general area til she feels her hand connect with the eye in a full out punch. Her eyes widen as he seems stunned by the action, giving her enough time to get to her feet. The dirt and grime sticking to her bloody body, her bare chest a smeared mess of crimson and brown as she watches him for a moment.
"I ain't dyin' here." She said with force behind it as she does the one thing she knows will give her time. Her leg moves forward striking out at the rigid flesh pointed right at her with a primal scream. The blow lands between his legs and she darts toward the door opening it to freedom.
RUN. RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK.
