December Activity & FC Check

Our Activity Check and our Face Claim check are now open! For those who know what to do, please run ALL your ACTIVE characters through both the bio check AND the Face Claim update forms by DECEMBER 29th OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CLAIMS.

And for the ones that have the oh-so-cute question mark on their face, here's a basic rundown for you:

This is a MANDATORY check. If you do not put your characters though both the forms, your character(s) will be deemed inactive and placed into Inactive Characters; your FC(s) will also be considered unused and left open for others to claim.

Your character MUST be accepted by a staff member. Pending/WIP characters do NOT need to placed into the checks.

If you have a Face Claim reserved, you may not use the FC Check as a way to claim them. Please wait until after the check to claim them, when we open the FC thread again.

If you have a tribute whose FC you would like to keep even after their death, fill out the form as if they were still alive.

If your character(s) happen to be accepted during the check, it is your choice to include them in the activity bio check. However, NO new face claims will be accepted during this period. If you forget to include a new character in the check, that's okay - they will remain active regardless.

If you wish to drop a reservation, simply don't fill out the FC form.

Some characters have an approved bio but no face claim. This is entirely all right; just fill out the activity bio check form.

The purpose of this check-as Nofo rightly put it-is to check the activity of each character. So while it's great that we've done our job (ish) and already put your characters into the Character Directory, you still need to fill out the activity bio form.

Everyone must fill these out by DECEMBER 29th and it will take the librarians approximately one week to update everything.
