Capitol Lovin' Plot [12 Months]

We love our tributes, yes we do! But the Capitol needs lovin' too! Alright, that's my cheerleader pitch for the day. Seriously though, the Capitol is majorly light on characters. And what's not to love? You get to live well, eat well, be surrounded by cooky people in crazy outfits, and you can party like there's no tomorrow. Win? I think so!

This particular group of twelve Capitolites are all interconnected, somehow. They are close to each other in age, and as you'll see, there are lots of opportunities for them to interact. Please let me stress that I am somewhat flexible on the ages of each character, but less flexible on the plots. Don't want an Avox? Don't pick February. Problem solved! You may of course tailor an existing character to this plot, if you like, or make a new one. I've included the astrological signs of each month to help inform character creation.
