Viggo Wan- District 6

Viggo does not have the appearance of most District 6 children. Despite being middle to lower class, he has the appearance of being very well fed. He stands 5'9, 190 lbs, as he is very large for a 13 year old.
He has long, shaggy blond hair and extremely blue eyes, almost to the point where they are grey. He always has on shorts and a t-shirt, because this is all he owns. He isn't the most handsome person in District 6 either, due to a large scar across his forehead that he earned while playing sports as a child. He is very muscular, because he works out for hours a day due to an extreme fear of the Hunger Games that claimed his uncle, Dane. He also has a large foot, size 12.

Viggo struggles socially. He has a handful of friends at school, mainly just the people in his classes though. He studies daily, and is at the top of his class in physics, because as soon as he is of age, he wants to find a way to make the subway and monorail systems run on sustainable energy and make District 6 rich, just like the uppers.
When he was younger, he was bullied a lot and made fun of because he did not speak very much. However, this was not because of a disability. He just did not like most of the people who tried to interact with him. However, the bullying stopped a couple of years ago, when he started fighting back. And winning.
Viggo has one true friend, named Brenda Johansson, who is also 13. They first met at school when Viggo was 7. He has been in love ever since, although Brenda is completely unaware. Viggo has sworn to himself to never tell her, because he knows she would never love him back. Besides, she is too good for him anyway, or so he thinks. His greatest fear is that she will get reaped, and he will have no way to protect her.
He tends to have emotional issues. He suffers from depression, and as a result he spends a lot of time alone, which is what he prefers.

Viggo was born in the northern part of District 6. His mother is unemployed and disabled, and his father repairs the electricity in the District's subway system.
As a child, his mother would always play educational games with him, to try and teach him things from an early age.
Throughout school, he was always the big guy, but never knew how to utilize his strengths to defend himself. However, he got tired of being bullied, and taught himself hand-to-hand combat. This is the only weapon he uses.
His family is fortunate enough to have salvaged and rebuilt a TV, so he can watch all of the Capitol updates, which results in an extreme annoyance of the Capiol government.
His relationship with is immediate family is close. Nothing means more to him than his family or his love interest Brenda. He would go to any length to protect them and make them happy. His greatest concern is that if he is reaped into the Games, he has little to offer in terms of survival. He cannot build a fire, or skin an animal. He knows how to gather plants to some extent, because he would always go find herbs for his mother to cook, and he can fish, due to his grandfather taking him out on the lake when he was younger. But that is the extent of that.

This is my first character, and I have never RP'd before. Sorry if I didn't do it right.
