A surprise(jack/semp)

"Don't talk to him like that. He's more human than you ever will be, you brainless tool." He snarled at Jack. Also spitting on his shoe in the process. He could have hit him, but there were people watching him now. He knew a lot of these people probably knew this jack fellow. But he didn't know if anyone actually knew the useless thing in front of him. He walked into the square and walked toward the posts that he knew very well as whipping posts. He could see the ropes on there. He knew he had to tie him on right or else he could escape.

He grabbed jack by his shirt and threw him against one of the sign posts. He wanted to make jack feel pain. But not normal pain that was easy to forget. The mental scaring pain that people who lose friends, or watch their friends get punished for. He tied jack to the post to where he was in perfect eye sight of Dev. He smiled menicaly at him and said, "Now you will feel pain, not normal pain, mental heart ripping pain. You get to see your buddy get whipped to the point of near death. Also you get to know this is all because of you." He hobbled away from Jack and walked back to Dev.

He grabbed Dev by the back of his shirt and started pushing him faster toward the post. He could feel him trip a few times but with the adrenaline pumping through kevins body he was able to pull him up. He threw dev onto the post and watched the body sling over it. He knew it was a little to cruel to the kid. But then again was it to cruel when the kid shot him with his own gun. He knew the id had to get what he deserved. He didn't care anyhow. He just grabbed the rope and started to tie him against the whipping post.

He spoke to Dev and made sure he could hear every word." You made my life horrible here. Honestly I didn't care about any of them here. I was just following orders to take you in. Hell you probably were gonna be let go since I am not even from here. But now I have to go back to district 2 with this foot. You caused a lot of pain that can happen to these people. I hope you know it is all your fault. Now be ready for pain and your friend gets to watch knowing he caused it for you also." He walked to a building and grabbed a whip from there and stood behind Dev. He stood there a second letting the whip hang. He waited to see if there were any words said from any of the two prisoners... or so they were called.
