Faith Grace
It had been a week since the glass incident, and seeing Jack. Faith had reached the point most the bruising was healed, and the cuts were still forming closed. Experimenting with a few medicines, Faith was constantly delaying and helping the healing process, on and off. Still Faith was able to walk short distances again, and the time off her feet was giving her more time to study. And mess up her knees a little more in trying new plants and mixtures, but Faith refused to use anyone, but herself, as a guinea pig.
After wrapping her knees again, Faith felt she was ready to visit Jack. Though she washed his towel the day they met, wanting to keep responsible. A towel wasn't enough though, Faith wanted to bring something for a thanks. Going through the kitchen Faith could only find sandwich supplies, but luckily came across everything to make cookies. This would delay her an hour, but it was worth it, being before noon it seemed fine. After all the cookies ingredients were mixed, and they were cooking in the oven, Faith began the sandwiches.
Realizing he also offered her to meet the babies, Faith became frantic on bringing something for them to. Knowing they were tiny, Faith knew there was nothing she could bring to feed them. Running upstairs Faith searched through her old toys. Coming across two tiny stuffed-bears, one pink and one blue, Faith knew that would be perfect. Picking them up, they were covered in dust, and Faith knew she couldn't bring dirty toys to tiny babies. Cleaning the bears, putting the sandwiches and cookies in bags, Faith was finally ready.
The south side of town, by a mill, and in an old cabin, sounded easy enough. Being on the opposite side of town, Faith decided to bring the horse, predicting her inability to walk that far with her weak knees. Putting everything in a bag, Faith toke off. It was only about a twenty minutes horse-ride, and after spotting the mill it didn't take long to find the cabin. Faith tied a rope around the tree that attached to the horse, still allowing her to have plenty of room to graze. Walking over to the cabin, Faith knocked on the door, hoping she was at the right place.
