WHOLOCK PLOT ((OPEN! SPOTS RE-OPENED))

A lot of things went weird when a man known as The Detective moved into the little flat on Baker street at 221B. For example, the Peacekeepers get a lot less sleep now, trying to keep up with his odd shenanigans. His neighbors have to deal with weird sounds, smells, and looks all of the time. Mrs. Hudson also known as NotHisHousekeeper runs the place with a not very firm grip. During his time in the district, The Detective has made some pretty interesting friends, as well as some downright odd enemies.

When he first came, he made a friend who became his constant companion. She died in a horrible accident during one of their escapades, and therefore, he was sad and things, and stuff hurt his heart when he thought of her. So he surrounded himself with more people. He fell in love once too, but that's odd because he never could love before. He was wrong to do so, because she broke his heart and died too. Everyone dies, best not too care too much. Dangit though, he can't follow his own advice very well at all. This is a Doctor Who/Sherlock plot, finally written up by Elegant. Enjoy.

THE DETECTIVE {22 3/4} | PLAYED BY THE ELOQUENT ELEGANT

The Detective, most come to find he's not the sort of man to be triffled with. He's from a place called the Capitol, no one but victors have ever seen it before, and those who go that aren't, usually don't come back. He was raised to be the height of law in Panem, and was in a special force in the Capitol until he dropped out an became a Peacekeeper instead. A rather odd man, he has trouble understanding most people and sees himself as better than them. Highly intelligent, he always needs to be doing something, and can be rather childish when having nothing to do. He works as a consulting Detective, and has been known to wander for months between Districts, solving cases and going where he likes. He does have a name, but most that find out end up dead. It's best not to ask. Seems to answer to no one, but respects those that earn his respect.

DOCTOR WATSON, (OPEN) | PLAYED BY THE

As the Detective's flatmate at 221B, Watson has a lot to deal with. First of all, he's studying to be a Doctor, which means long nights with nothing for company but a cup of joe. A total bit of a lady's man, he's got two girls, and a lot of sisters. Incredibly kind and loyal, he's one of the only people willing to put up with the Detective's ridiculous personality. He's often dragged into the Detective's adventures, willingly or no, which leads to a lot less sleep than hoped for. He's seen and done a lot in his short life, and suffers from horrid night terrors. When the Detective has a medical question, it's him he turns to for a second opinion. The Detective refers to him as 'Vests' due to his fashion taste.

AMY POND {17} AS PLAYED BY AURELIA 'LIA' JENNIFER IRVINE| PLAYED BY THE ZOETIC ZOË

Fiercely brave, and intelligent, Amy has a dream to see the stars. Able to see a box and think outside it, the Detective has a fond spot in his thing people might call a heart for her. Although good at spotting things about other people, she is completely oblivious to Rory and his feelings for her. She is also completely oblivious to the fact of how lovely she is. The Detective refers to her as legs. She was raised by her aunt and uncle her who busy most of the time. A career, she excelled in most things due to her one track mind. When she has an idea, she latches onto it like it's the only thing that matters. Kind in an odd way, she'll let herself get hurt in order to protect those she cares about. Strong minded and entirely her own person, she doesn't take anything from anyone.

RORY WILLIAMS {17} | PLAYED BY

Rory grew up sort of tagging along behind Amy wherever she went. Not because he loved her or anything. Okay, completely because he loves her. A bit wishy washy when it comes to silly things, like looking cool, and trying to tell people he isn't love with Amy Pond, not at all. When it really matters, is when he shines. Surprisingly brave, he has died a thousand little deaths trying to save the people he cares for. Sent to the infirmary a lot as a happenstance. Loyal to the point of stupidity, he's always there when needed, as well as when not. The Detective hasn't got a name for him yet.

DONNA NOBLE {18} | PLAYED BY THE

Donna Noble is a gift. Although not the most at anything, the most pretty, athletic, talented, she's incredible. The problem is, she's got a horrible self debilitating hatred of herself. She thinks she's nothing special, just plain old Donna. The truth to the matter is, that she's hilariously witty, and is clever in a roundabout way. Working as a temp at some business, she craves a more exciting life, as well as some positive attention from the opposite sex. Sassy as hell, she's one of the Detective's favourite playmates.

ROSE TYLER {18} | PLAYED BY THE

A total free spirit, it's hard to control this fiery chick. She clashes horribly with the Detective because she is very opinionated and is also a bit of a potty mouth! The Detective prefers eloquence. A career through and through, she is pretty competitive, but also full of energy. The Detective is drawn to her because she isn't afraid to question him. Most of his 'friends' aren't, but he simply likes Rose for her disagreeable personality.

IDRIS/TARDIS {21} | PLAYED BY THE

Idris, code name Tardis, comes from the Capitol as well. There, she worked with the Detective in special opps, and has known him longer than most people. Although she does not know his name either, she often pretends that she does. She pretends that she knows a lot that she doesn't really know, which annoys the Detective to some extent. She has a problem, absolutely no filters, which means that whatever she says is whatever pops into her head. Being a bit of a dirty thinker doesn't really help. She came to the Districts after The Detective did in curiosity, as well as the fact that she missed the Detective and his stupid personality. Strangely free spirited for a Peacekeeper, she's known to pop off to wherever she likes without notice.

CLARA OSWIN OSWALD {18} AS PLAYED BY CLARISSA ORELL OAKLEY| PLAYED BY THE MOST CLEVEREREST CLOVER

MYCROFT {25} ((UHHH INSERT BIO LINK HAHHA)) | PLAYED BY THE CHIVALROUS CHAOS

Not much is known about this man, except for the fact that the Detective often refers to him as not a worker in the government, but as 'The Government'. Although he seems cold and cruel hearted, he always has an eye kept on the Detective to see what he's up to. Almost as smart as his brother, his intellect comes in the form of working people, the complete opposite of the Detective, who's people skills could be rated at negative two. He often likes to mess with the Districts, and with The Detective, who dislikes him a great deal. (please refer to the Detective's history for information)

GREG LESTRADE {25} AS PLAYED BY RINTIN QUILLEN| PLAYED BY THE SULTRY SEMPER

Lestrade runs things for the District One Peacekeepers, (idek or he helps to, idek if there is a head PK) A man of the law, he believes in justice and equality, and was told to keep on eye on the Detective by the Capitol. Although annoyed that someone younger in him likes to run around telling him how to do his job, he can't help being a tiny bit impressed by the Detective's deductions. Definitely not lazy, Lestrade earned his place fair and square on the force, and tries to keep everything together. He's wanted to be a Peacekeeper ever since he was a boy in District Two. He's proud, but not afraid to ask for help when it's needed. A very likable guy, he's the nice guy of the group.

THE LADY/IRENE ADLER {18} AS PLAYED BY RENÉE PERDRIS| PLAYED BY THE OOOWOOOWWWOOO ONYX

From the capitol, goes as the lady, dominatrix, manipulative, sassy, really awesome WIPPP

THE MASTER {22} | PLAYED BY

Also from the Capitol, The Master is bonkers, completely off his rocker. He was in the same special opps team as The Detective and Idris, but one day he was moved out of the team, probably due to a mistake he made. Not much is known about what happened to him, the Detective suspects he became the Capitolite scientist's plaything. Point is, he's escaped and is a wanderer now. He hears the continuous beat of a drum in his head, probably only fueling his insanity.

JAMES MORIARTY {20} | PLAYED BY

He was raised in a different District, and is a wanderer. A king of the underworld, he is excellent at controlled crime, and is the go to for anything underhanded and dirty. Insanely smart, he got mad a lot as a kid, trying to deal with the idiots around him. He began to see them as ants, and treated them as such, playing with their lives as if he were a god. Although he's similar to the Detective, he's also his polar opposite. Where the Detective chooses to help, this man just wants to watch the world burn.

Yeah, been meaning to right this up for a while now. If there was a different character from these worlds you wanted and you had a good idea for them, pm me I guess. I'mmmmmmm lazy. Don't be afraid to pitch different idea fo a character. They aren't completely concrete in my head, so...yeah. Go for it. Cool cats.
