[/i][/font][/blockquote]The hollow trees were never friendly, but underneath the roof crafted from dark wooden limbs, it was a brand new world. Their jagged fingers may entwine in a tight grasp that whispered of stories sung by the unseen hummingbirds that the crawling girl insists she sees. Still, both moonlight and sunlight shone through the cracks of the grim darkness the wild areas of the country enveloped themselves in.
It wasn't a meadow made from fairy dust, but it might as well be. The weeds that sprouted here and there were never left untouched. A girl with mothballs for hair (as the girl with the shadows of the past's burden underneath her sunken eyes would say, but Anais would say in a dreamlike trance that the soft tendrils on top of her head were like the golden-colored wisps of clouds basked in the setting sun's fading light) gently spun them, twisted the outcast children of the earth, and viola: the elven huts were made.
They keep them company, growing beside their home within the great tree. They hadn't got a chimney on top, but a trunk that stretches to a thousand leafless branches that claws on your clothes if you're not careful ― or if you have wings.
Lol that did not even make any sense. But anyway. Sisters from the Capitol, escaped and are now living in the woods. They haven't got a surname yet, but here are they are anyway:
Shyla Saturn Grimoire 21 - played by Cass There was something about her, perhaps it was the way she dresses (with lace and frills in subtle shades so different from the brightbrightbright neon hues of the Capitol) that makes one think that she's not quite here ― and she's not. A love lost in Death's hands was never to return to the one left weeping, and that's all she ever has to offer to everyone else. The eternal weeping widow, that was what she was. No one knows if she's desperate enough to actually try and be reunited with her love, but when you've got a sister who's breathes on the fumes of decaying bones and withering bodies, who knows?
Requiem Grimoire 20 - reserved for Lalia Carries a stuffed raven. Has conversations with it often, using it as a medium between the Land of the Dead and the Living. Scours around the forest for dead things to collect. Particularly fond of raven feathers, and sticking it to her clothes. Buried her boxed collection of bones ― human and animal alike, it didn't matter ― underneath a tree stump, sometimes crushing them under a hammer to sprinkle around the ground, sold to the idea that some day, it will become a passageway between the two worlds. Keen on bringing back happiness to [Weeping Widow],and also thinking of finding the bones of her lover.
Xindianne 'Owly' Grimoire 19 - played by Meg Drug addict. Carried a wholesackbagpouch of pills when they left, and now suffering the effects of deprivation. Most of the time unconscious with what she's doing, off in her own dreamland ― quite different and not where everything is fine and candy-dandy, but filled with horrors that she's slowly succumbing into ― somewhere. Sleepwalker. If not, she's shaking, and absolutely tense once she's back in Earth. The muse of [Raven Girllololol idk they don't have names.].
[Unnamed] 18 - reserved for Elegant Wild child, animal lover. Prefers to crawl, jump from tree to tree, or go around on all fours than to walk. If not, she's dancing her way through life, mostly with [Drug-Addict] as a partner, because she doesn't mind at all. Painstakingly (for a Capitol) put up her own swing, made from fraying rope and a lone wooden plank, and prefers to stay there if she isn't wandering off in a rhythm, or crawling and joining off a rabbit family. Has a jar that she constantly refills with nuts, and unknowingly, some pills from [Drug-Addict]'snot-s-secretstash.
Thylia Grimoire 17 - played by Python She's the self-proclaimed caretaker of the sisters, much more of an elder sibling than [Weeping Widow]. Had big dreams on becoming a stylist, only for all of it to be taken away when she was taken away. Now with a perpetual scowl at the shenanigans her sisters do, or whether they break something she had just mend, quite ironic when she's the one breaking herself. Those angry red marks had long disappeared in the insides of her arms, but had evacuated to her thighs. Although she's more than willing to cut her skin, she keeps her hair long, since it was the only one that slapped ― literally slapped her ― awake from that phase where she became dependent on drugs, turned her back and swore them off completely.
[Anais Cassopeia Grimoire] 16 - played by Tattletale Starry-eyed child. Fascinated with the celestial bodies of the nighttime sky, something so out of reach when the burning ball of brightness that burns everything (including her skin, but it has remained a peaceful shade of white for sometime now) but not when darkness falls once again. Hence, an insomniac. Carried a book of the zodiac signs, a constellation map and a pouch ofstardustglitter when they escaped. Now, she's always silently analyzing everyone using the stars as her guide.
Astoria Grimoire 16 - played by Chelsey Maiden of the earth, been wanting to become a botanist ever since Momma placed those flower pots by the window sill. Has a treasured notebook that has all of her doodles and notes about the plants. Scared of the dark, and prefers the daytime (evident with the pinkish tint on her skin) when she could see the wonder of nature all around her.
Note: I would prefer you to keep the chosen FCs, but if you have suggestions, PM them to me first.[/justify][/blockquote][/size]
