Unfortunately chrome is the only one that works on my laptop (looong history of insane issues with fireox and IE) but oh well, as long as I can use the rest of the site, I'm happy

Its no problem at all I hope it can be resolved simply without too much strain to the site

Yeah norton protection in the bar, like a toolbar add on. Is that what's stopping it? :/
