Faith hated how sweet Jack always was, waiting to make sure there was no more trouble he needed to protect her from. Of course her Father wasn't going to be that bad... Hopefully. After putting away the blankets, leaving the wet one hanging to dry, Faith made her way towards the house, having to remind herself to breathe every once in a while. Biting her lip Faith opened the front door to find her Father as she predicted, but Thomas as well. 'Oh no.' Faith thought to herself as she attempted to sober up a little, it didn't help.
"Where have you been all night?!?" Her Father started off with the yelling, of course the only thing Faith could do was stand their speechless. Standing up her Father went to investigate his daughter who was unable to move from the front door. "Thomas told me everything! You're wet and dirty! Did you go swimming in this weather!" He scolded as his thumb traced against the bottom of Faith's black eye that was no longer covered after the water.
"No Father..." Faith began as she lost her balance a little and had to lean against the door.
"Are you drunk to?" Now her Father was really furious, but the only thing Faith could look at was Thomas's stupid grin sitting on the sofa. "Get upstairs." Her Father demanded finding no use of lecturing someone that was waisted.
Unable to argue Faith made her way upstairs. "I'm so sorry this happened Thomas, I completely understand if you don't want to try again." The words coming from her Father's mouth made Faith's heart drop.
"No, it was great until your farm helper showed up." Thomas reassured acting perfect to please Faith's Father.
"Faith doesn't know what's good for her, we'll try again?" Faith couldn't take what her Father was saying anymore and rushed to her room where she could allow the tears that have been threatening to come out all night. Getting to her attic bedroom, and curling up on her bed, without even taking off her wet clothes, Faith could feel the remaining make-up smear on her face from drunken tears she couldn't hold back finally being alone.
((OOC: More trouble?(= lol))
