Character’s skills (only a few, please): sexy, sweet-talker -- can get into any politician or businessman's house from his hard work in the industry. Makes him powerfully influential. However, he hates the Capitol for murdering his twin brother and his little sister in the Hunger Games. Incredibly rich from high success in high-level prostitution as well as from his office in the political realm of Panem. Could make a very effective spy as he understands almost everything about the inner workings of the country. Essentially he can talk his way into any situation and has operated as a sponsor for the Hunger Games in the past.
Character’s weaknesses (only a few): Can be extremely rash and work from his emotions. Has a busted leg so would be horrible at combat, has to walk around with a cane. The most he could do would be poison somebody. Might lie to get what he wants, but for the most part would be pretty loyal to the rebellion. Puts his family above all other things so he might prioritize opportunities with them instead. Wants to focus on the Sibling Snatchers movement because its effected him deeply.
