D1: Mercury Cheval - This girl's seventeen, and based on the character of Mercutio from Romeo and Juliet. She's a fun-loving partier with a foul tongue and a bit of a temper, but she also wants to see her friends happy and is great at making people laugh. Don't know who the face claim will be yet, but I do know that icly, she dyes her hair blue. She's had career training, but does not consider herself a capital-C Career. I'm looking mainly for buddies for her, since she isn't too big on deep, complicated relationships.

D2: Octavia Pander - The requisite 'crazy Career girl', though not in the way you might expect. When her uncle killed himself after not getting Reaped, Tavia's father vowed to turn her into the perfect Career to restore glory to the family name. Unfortunately, he's not very good as a trainer, and all his abuse has produced a semi-competent girl who displays no emotions and has trouble relating to people. Worse, she's already sixteen, and almost out of chances to be Reaped. She's not likely to make friends very easily, but I'd like people to rp with her all the same. D3: Magna Sorren - Haven't fleshed out her character too much yet. So far, she's a very bright fifteen-year-old girl who is bored with District Three and wants to see the rest of Panem. May eventually become a wanderer or rebel, so any characters like that in D3 are super welcome, as are school friends.

D4: Dorabella DiFiori - A sweet, slightly airheaded seventeen-year-old who is dead set on finding a boyfriend and getting married. She has an older sister named Fleur, who is eighteen and has a steady boyfriend. They have a good relationship, but Dora does get jealous of her romantic escapades. If anyone wants to pick up Fleur or possibly get into a sappy teenage romance, hit this girl up.

D5: Buffalo Bison - I am super in love with this character, no lie. She's one of the zillion Bison children who've come out of the woodwork since the 65th Games, and she's not overfond of having to live with her gigantic family now. She's sixteen, and lived on the streets since she was fourteen. Any D5 who has a similar urban background or knows the Bisons will have plenty of thread material. Warning: she's had a shitty life, so she's not terribly nice.

D6: Maisy Kenner - This girl is my baby, haha. She's based on Madoka Kaname from Puella Magi Madoka Magica, although she's definitely not a magical girl in this setting. She's fourteen, comes from a pretty wealthy family by district standards, and is just about the biggest sweetheart you'll ever meet. She doesn't have many talents, but she triest really hard, and does her best to be kind to everyone she sees. Because of that, coming up with thread scenarios is super easy. Her bio is here.

D7: Flynn Breckenridge - You know that witch from Brave? Age her down a few decades, and you get Flynn. She's an eccentric sixteen-year-old who firmly believes in magic, and spends a lot of her time collecting herbs, making talismans, and casting 'spells', though their effects are mostly from her own efforts. She's kind of reclusive and most people think she's bonkers, but she's not unfriendly, and I'd kind of love it if she had a coterie of apprentice 'witches' that she trains. Face claim is Jennifer Damiano if she isn't claimed already.

D8: Carmen Andal - A bit of an expy from the opera of the same name, Carmen's a seductive eighteen-year-old who likes sex, and likes the power it gives her even more. She's bi, so she will flirt with anything that moves. She likes challenges, though, so anyone who isn't interested in her immediately becomes her next target. Despite this behavior, she rarely callously uses people, and usually feels at least some kind of affection for her flings, even if it is fleeting.

D9: Sesto Detritus - A seventeen-year-old who's a bit genderfluid, though she mostly identifies as female. She has a huge knight-in-shining-armor complex, and hates injustice. She's loyal to a fault, but often pledges her loyalty to multiple different people, not all of whom agree with each other. In day-to-day life, she's not exactly shy, but she is very bashful, and gets flustered when complimented or given a gift. She currently lives in a community home, and will probably become a wanderer/rebel when she turns nineteen or twenty.

D10: Zerlina Mossgrove - Mainly created this character because I wanted a twelve-year-old somewhere on my roster, haha. Haven't thought much about her yet, but I know she'll be mischievous and loud, a bit of a nightmare for teachers to handle. An older sibling for her would be wonderful, as would school friends. Her family works on a ranch, so she'll only be in school for two or three more years.

D11: Mariposa Kenly - I have a bit of a thing for making characters based off operas, so this girl is Cio-Cio from Madama Butterfly. Her parents married her off to a rich, slightly older man even though she's only fifteen in order to secure her future, and being as naive as she is, she's fallen in love with him. If someone knows the opera and/or wants to do an arranged marriage plot, I would love you forever. Otherwise, she dropped out of school and does a bit of work as a gardener. She has a good heart, but she is gullible and submissive - in other words, easily taken advantage of. She also...doesn't handle abandonment well, to put it lightly.

D12: Ondine Wallace - Sixteen-year-old girl with chronic fatigue and a weak immune system. After her mother died from the same disease, her father keeps her locked away inside the house, and she hasn't really been outside since she was a small girl - aside from Reapings, of course. More recently, she's been sneaking out to visit her mother's grave and generally explore the district. She does this exclusively at night so as not to get caught. She's smart, but skittish and socially awkward, not quite sure how anything in the real world works. I'd love to roleplay her meeting someone a bit dangerous on one of these excursions.
