Lots were going around him when he blanked out. There were the Fers here and the Stine boy. Jasper heard about both families. The Fers were the type of people to avoid because they just were bloody insane. The Stines were also crazy people. There had been rumors that the Stine family kept children prisoner in their place. Jasper's stomach weakened a bit, but Jasper ignored it. Jasper stared at the fourteen year old girl who was arguing with the bitch of girl. What was her name, Luci Fer. Then it hit Jasper like a ton of rocks. Luci Fer. Lucifer. Jasper broke into a snicker. It matched her personality alright.

That's when another voice croaked. Jasper froze on the spot. It was his twin brother, Agate Veeder. Jasper glared at his twin who obviously was either drunk or high off of his ass. Jasper ignored the twin and silently gained his balance and ignoring the pain let go of the Stine kid's shoulder. Jasper didn't want to catch crazy you know, but some of the crazies were genius'. The gears in his pocket slightly clanking together. The sound made him relax a bit, but then the little girl and Luci began to argue and Jasper was starting to get annoyed with them. They were arguing about the Hunger games, which was way off topic.

Jasper calmed down and smirked. The girls were way too stupid for their own good. Sure, Electronica was trying to help him, but all's fair in arguments. Jasper crossed his arms lazily. Jasper calmly spoke up, "Hello, I guess. Anyways, may you two stop arguing. I mean, c'mon the chance of Electronica getting reaped is pretty low. Luci, isn't it? Well Luci, being mean isn't the point of the games either. After all, the greatest tributes have to gain trust of their alliance first. Traps are good, but you have to know how to stand your ground or when to run. Also, nice name. It stands for the Devil, which fits with a person as much of a bitch as you." Jasper ends the sentence with a smirk. There were times when Jasper wanted to be in the games to prove that a smart person can win the games, unlike the careers. The games were always on his mind at some point being the fact of that he had a chance for a long time. He always strategized what he'd do if he was to be reaped. Electronica had a wire in her hand and was mentioning something of electrocuting someone. Jasper was definitely intrigued by this comment. After all, he was a bit of a technical genius, but not by a lot. He still had a lot to learn about electronics and gadgets, but one day he wanted to learn them all. Jasper for one was much smarter than all of these people, especially the boy that was pushed off of Luci. That guy was the dumbest man ever. Jasper could not stand the sight of his twin on a photo, much less than in real life. Jasper was smart and skillful, he knew many things that no one would even think of. That's all Jasper had going for him, might as well use it.
