Appearance:
Lapas is quite the pretty face or at least that's what everyone always tell her. Her softly tanned skin and short breath taking white hair are often the subject of most of her suitors talks. Another gem about her is her striking blue eyes that could freeze any ones soul just at one glance. Although she has a pretty face in actuality her physical stature overall is quite small. She is only 5'7 and only weighs a grand total of 115 pounds max.

Now her style is one of the most unique things about her. Even though most of district one people are swamped in luxurious items, she has a special twist. She is always wearing some sort of gem themed outfit based on the gem she is wearing that day. For example: One day she decides to wear ruby then she will wear a ruby necklace, earrings, bracelet, and rings complemented by a matching ruby colored dress or outfit of some sort. Most people hate her for being so lucky to have a father so wealthy because of his job in the Capitol that she can have anything and everything she wants.

Personality:
Lapas is gentle humorous soul, she always finds a way to look on the bright side of things. Since she is this way Lapas is quite popular around the District. However, she could couldn't care less, she doesn't like attention and fame since she believes it corrupts people. One thing that she could never give up that follows sort of the corrupting human nature is her family's extensive wealth. She has even told people before if her wealth ever went away she would probably commit suicide. Her friends naturally asked why and her answer was she couldn't keep her collection growing.

Now her collection is a very interesting a part about her. She is obsessed with all sorts of rocks and gems. Most women in her district, or even men, would want gems in jewelery but not her. She loves their various colors and textures she just wants them for herself jewelery or not. On occasion yes she will change them into jewelery but for the most part she has them all about her room and house. Needless to say her mother grows constantly frustrated with finding a new store or gem somewhere throughout the house just after she has cleaned the place up.

Lapas also adores children and due to her gentle nature they often adore her right back. She dreams of becoming a teacher one day so she can teach the children all the about gems and rocks that she has collected. She has already jump started her career with children with her job at one of district one's orphanages. Unlike most other district's orphanages district one's is quite nice and well kept which is a bonus for Lapas since she despises all things dirty and gross. The job doesn't pay well but she doesn't need it to with her wealth, she is simply doing cause she loves it.

Lapas is human of course which means she must have a fear right? Well that is correct and she actually has several. She is scared massively by large crowds after what happened to her when she was ten. This next fear is her biggest of all she, unlike most kids from district one, is terrified by the Hunger Games. In most districts that would be common sense but here in one its like a giant stamp of weakness. No matter how hard she has tried she can't pull herself to be violent even at her parent's expense. She went to a week of training only to quit quickly after declaring she couldn't hurt the fellow people there.

History:
Lapas' past has been one filled with luxury and happiness but what would you expect from a wealthy district one girl. Her father has a very high position in a capitol business in district one so he gains massive income. Her mother has never known a what a job is like due to this and honestly no one in the family needs to at this point. However, Lapas does have a job at one of the orphanages since she loves working with children. As for her younger brother Meilo his job is typical for a district one boy, tribute training.

Lapas started training the same day as her brother but as he grew in love with it she grew repulsed by it. Henceforth she quit training a week in and vowed never to train again. However, she knows she will never be free until she is nineteen and she can't get reaped anymore. Even then though she will be worried for her brother who she knows wants to volunteer one day but she doesn't want to lose him. Her brother often tries to just train her himself so she stands a better chance but she always stops halfway through saying she just can't and she runs off. She knows her brother is just trying to help her but she just can't bring herself to do it.t

As for her life at with her parents it can be kind of rough. Her father is almost never around so she hardly knows what having a father is even like. As for her mother she simply married her father for the money and she only had children since Lapas' father wanted them. Lapas, however, is her least favorite child of all since she is constantly bringing new dirty gems into her clean home. Due to her mother's lack of care and motivation Lapas is always the one having to take care of her two younger siblings, Meiko and Ivory. Since Ivory is just four years old its as if Lapas is her mother not her sister. However, Lapas doesn't mind since she loves Ivory with her whole heart.
