For some reason it felt instinct to go against whatever Matthew was saying, even if he is right. After all his remarks from today, he needs a little bit of the opposing side. Figure his shit out if he wants Vy as a partner in crime or an enemy, because he keeps flip-flopping between the two. Maybe she should pick a better time to give him a taste of the enemy side, as currently they're actually supposed to be working together. Alright, noted. Agree on the answer before presenting it, or just let Matthew do all the talking as he suggests. Sounds good to her, though he's probably unfortunately joking. If he knows all this crap and wants to answer for them, she'll gladly nod her head. Next question.
Did the peacekeepers on the streets really go through all of this as well? Because it doesn't seem like they follow many rules. Is there ever a time they'll step down because only one of them are present? Doubtful again. Whatever the book says though, right? Of course Matthew has to added in another joke, this time about what happened between Vy and Jeran, or at least that's what she assumes he's getting at. Well Officer Strong certainly stopped them by herself, so being a cock-blocker doesn't fall under this category. "I thought you were doing all the talking?" She reminds him and decides to not even touch on what he's trying to point out
Still Vy goes through the chapter, scanning through all the numbers until coming across the right one. They couldn't of made this easy and separate all the rules more clearly to what they fall under? Of course not. There's such a desire to let the brainy one do it, though she still gives an attempt for some reason. "It depends on the crime." She mutters to Matthew since they are supposed to be working as a team. That's all she's gotten from this though, and sure enough he probably already knows that along with the full answer.
