To see Vy expose her ripped abs and the crowd break out into a loud cheer is pretty entertaining I must say. Slowly but surely this display brings me out of my bad mood for as long as it will last.
The career that I had slappedon the back of the head pushes me a little and makes a snoddy comment, which I don't buy at all.
"Shut the hell up and watch before you're joining."
"Oh yeah." My brows shoot up with an encouraging smile but he's done and turns his back on me.
Yet another one from ther table before joins the fight after Vy finishes the second one and provokes a loud cheer from me. I'm starting to get into this. The loud crowd that's clapping and screaming with their hands throwing punches in the air eggs her on and me with it.
With slight concern I watch his defensive technique, which seems off. How many more of these guys can my former room mate handle before she needs a replacement herself?
I watch mr. three cricle her for a bit and dodge her punches, that are getting a little weaker. But then he pulls a dirty move, that his buddy most likely told him when they were secretly sticking their heads together. A hard, well placed kick in Vy's broken knee.
Just like I did when I had no other way to prove myself at the academy. Only now it somehow seems wrong to me...after she defeated two guys, this fucker comes in and has nothing better to do that go straight for her weakest spot.
"Yeah, mess her up!" His friends cheer him on.
One even steps forward to step on Vy's hand while she's down on the ground and on top of his buddy.
That's it. Two against one. I've seen enough.
"Fuck that!" I call out loud and once again earn a nasty scream from the career bunch as I suddenly stride through the formed circle and with both hands grab the first opponent, who apparently had nothing better to do than step on her fingers when he wasn't even in the ring anymore.
With both hands I grab him by the shirt, pull him towards me and headbutt him right in his nasty grinning face.
"Wipe that grin of your ugly face!" I spit at his foot before I turn and kick at the guys ribs, who Vy had burried underneath her when she fell. I can play unfair, too.
Behind me the crowd once again errupts in a micture of cheers and boos. I choose to ignore the latter since my friend seems to need a helping hand to even out the chances.
