Appearance: With a height of 5'10 Oliver isn't abnormally tall for a person his age more or less,with a pair of light brown eyes and has never really tanned so he more or less looks slightly pale. On his right cheek is located a small dark head or beauty mark and some refer to it as a birth mark but he doesn't really bother correcting them. He prefers being natural so he doesn't have any tattoos and he doesn't dye his hair so its naturally brown but a few shades darker than the brown of his eyes.
His hair is usually kept in a pony tail when he Is busy due to it being a little longer than average male hair but he sometimes let's it go and his face is more or less circular around the top region and has carved out differently around the sides and the chin. He has no facial hair as of yet since he maintains it well and his build isn't exactly that of a body builder, he is rather well cut out in terms of body shape and proportions since you would find a well formed chest with abs and arms to match but he isn't overly bulky and has needed muscles but is more on the athletic side rather then bulky. Basically his body shape is that of a healthy person who works out rather regularly and doesn't stand out much. Some would notice he has slightly large nostrils and pupils.
His clothing style isn't too flashy usually being nice jeans , a top and a really good pair of shoes since he happens to like quality shoes. He also seeme to like having a hooded zip up jacket and makes a habit of folding up the sleeves,he likes to wear watches and hippie wristbands usually wearing a watch on one hand and a few writs bands on the other he also has a lucky necklace that he hardly ever takes off.
Personality: Oliver has a huge problem with being bored too quickly, its almost develops into a chaotic complex that forces him to go out looking for "excitement" as he may call it would be considered trouble to everyone else. He is also naturally "over the top" as some might say since he refuses to live completely content with certain aspects people would consider normal.
He is also bluntly honest and will tell you what he thinks as soon as he thinks or feels it so he is usually an open book and that causes trouble for him since he does it to a point where he doesn't realize that what he says could hurt you in any way or simply doesn't care about how It may effect you. His faults are obvious within a few minutes of knowing him, he tends to be chaotic and finds most things boring so takes it apon himself to add flair into certain things. He is also very short tempered and will most likely burst causing a violent spectacle when pushed to it.
He isn't all bad since he can be quite generous and due to his odd behavior he is easy to talk to and good at generally listening to someone. He is also a very easy going person not too worried about little details and dislikes following. Despite what he does when bored(details in history) he is quite trustworthy.

Oliver doesn't really have much of a sob storysorry if you were waiting for one 
he was happily raised by two lesbian parents so he is more than comfortable with it they actually taught him how to take care of himself rather well since he can clean and make is own food. He didn't need much since his parents were rather wealthy but not billionaires of course. He grew up humble but always had a problem with bordem. So at a rather young age he asked his parents for multiple classes such as gymnastics, Parkour,free running and using batons,escrima sticks and any other type of fighting stick. This kept him over worked, made sure he focused on school and all his other extra classes and activities so he never really got the time to be bored.
Yet still at age 10 he still found time slots to cause some chaos and became a thief but not because he needed it simply for fun. His slightly twisted mentality made him nearly impossible to catch not to mention his Parkour , free running and other skills. Of course when stealing or out for fun he would usually wear one of his hooded jackets (specified in clothing preference) after some time he just got good at causing trouble and quick escapes. He has made it onto the news once or twice but his face was never really shown so he got away with theft multiple times. Since he only does it for fun as soon as people stop chasing him or he looses the authorities trying to catch him he returns the stolen item so most people have noticed he is just out for fun. These night theft activities has made him a star pupil in his extra parkour free run and other classes.
