Goods: Illicit radios, hidden cameras, dangerous lasers, various stolen goods and electronic components to fence, etc.
Location in marketplace: Off to the side, in an abandoned maintenance corner of one of the warehouses that had been hastily repurposed as temporary event housing. Behind large stacks of surplus cloth, the twins have stashed several cardboard boxes brimming with contraband - as much as will fit comfortably while still maintaining enough packing material to protect the more delicate parts. Their "stall" is easily portable; every few days, before the Peacekeepers patrolling nearby can get too suspicious, they pick up their boxes and set up at a new location. Word will get out, though - carefully - to citizens who wish to procure specialized electronic devices, and/or those banned by the Capitol.
