The boy from three had fallen before him, and Thread couldnt help but gulp down his words as he watched someone die right in front of him. He wasnt expecting it, to be perfectly clear. He would have accepted his fate here if he had been the one to die. It wouldnt have been pretty, but Thread did not see the world as such.

He was not his brother.

But he did care a lot in that moment didnt he? All riled up and ready to strike at a moments notice. He didnt even give the other boy a chance, and maybe that was wrong of him. Maybe they all could have talked it out and gotten away from each other. Maybe they could have lived in some sort of harmony. But no. It was very clear that Thread wanted to blood, even though he didnt want to admit it out loud.

Stitch was someone that he did idolize when he was younger, and maybe that was his way of trying to get some sort of retribution for what had happened. Was it right of him? No. It was crazy of him to think that revenge would be the best option. He lived though? That was all that mattered? He could fight another day and try to make it another the next? That is what he was telling himself as he jabbed at the boy from three.

That and he really just wanted him to shut up.

That did not stop Fleur from reprimanding him though. As they walked away, Thread could feel the tension between them, that tension turned into awkwardness that turned into stuff being shoved into his possession. Thread was thankful for Fleur, who had everything it took in order to take a life. He was certain that he could do it himself, but of course, he always found a way to fall on the mark.

As time passed, a conversation had finally started. "I dont even know what that was all about Fleur." Thread said honestly as he took a deep sigh and tried to click it all in his head. None of it made sense and it wasnt going too. "Maybe the adreniline, to the fact that a spear went straight through my hand triggered something in me." Thread was quiet in his response, but careful in his word choice. He knew exactly what he needed to say. "You werent wrong. I was out of line... " Thinking back on the words that he spewed out of his mouth like bile. "... I guess old wounds always find a way to reopen if you give it enough room to." Thread had begun to sew up the wound in his hand, trying his hardest to close it off just enough so he could place bandages all over it.

"Thank you though. For all of that. " Thread could tell that he made the right choice in allying with the girl from nine. She had his back, just like he would have hers.
