"Oh, we've got this!" Lorenzo's already seein' people start walking towards their booth, climbing down off his barrel to fist bump Rogue and throw some bullhorns up to Kiara. Before he can climb back over the booth, Thad, Fly and "Mr. Archibald!" are already flocking around the puppies. 

He shakes Archibald's hand, an old friend of his pops and Marlboro, "I was hopin' you'd be here, how are you likin' the event?" Lorenzo's starry eyed, a firm grip just like they taught him before moving closer to the puppies. One second he's catching up with near-family and the next some kid steals one of the puppy's. 

"Oh, what in the world!" Rogue, did we just get puppysnatch'd?" 

Insanity! Hopefully Jimmy will be here with the goats soon, once the dog's are gone they might just try and take the stand. "Haha, one at a time, one at a time!" Lorenzo's smile is ear to ear watching the district kids playing, he recognizes Thad's brother, Sammy, and he waves like they're family just the same. But then it's Sofia Izar catching his eye, maybe she had been standing there the whole time. He nods to Keeks to entertain Fly & Sammy before turning his attention to her. 

"Lorenzo!"

"Sof-!"

"It's Sofia Izar, if you remember me that is."

"I do, I do!"

"I wouldn't mind taking one of your little guys. But first, how have you been?" Sofia asks, which makes Lorenzo perk up. "Staying out of trouble?" 

"Oh," Lorenzo scoffs before continuing, everything with Beck still on his mind from before this year's Games. He continues, "you've got no idea. Me and my cousin, Keeks, moved out this year! That's been a big thing, our roommate Jimmy's supposed to be showin' up soon." Sooner rather than later preferably, they may not be enough puppies to go around. 

When Lorenzo motions her over to the pen, he's already noticing how many are missing. "How have you been though! Have you eyed any of Lady's litter yet?"

The sun is in his eye as he listens to Sofia, squinting from the light as he listens along eagerly. 

He hadn't ever known her too well; Lorenzo and Sofia had only ever met one or two times, and one of those were when they were middle schoolers. Somewhat unbelievably, Lorenzo may have changed a tad over the last eight years. "Oh, if I ever want to spend money, huh!" It burns to say with raised eyebrows, sun too bright for green eyes. 

"Yeah well hey, it pays to stay busy," he says as Sofia and her cousin get on with the doggies. Enzo can't follow quick enough before Kiara's yelling for him, try as he can it's hard to ignore the whole pamplet bundle getting ruined. He tracks from her to Sofia back to the box to Kiara again, muttering a "aw hell," to himself. 

It pays to be busy, y'know? Thankfully, Sammy Pepperwood's brother comes in, Enzo shrugs to his cousin before waving her off. He clears his throat to tune back into Sofia, catching her at "...think suit me well, since you think you know your stuff," partly cause it made him blush. 

And can you believe it, Sofia says to him, "let's see how good you are." 

Nerve, Lorenzo's coy with his response, "umm, well," hmm. If you know anything about Enzo yet, it's that he doesn't do well when he has to think; nevertheless, on the spot. He bobs down next to the puppy pen, before going, "maybe Miss Piper here!" Without much thought, he picks the smallest dog out of the ring, holding her in his chest as he continues "she's the runt, so that makes her the baby." 

It's hard not to notice how few puppies were left so quickly, Lady Dog's not gonna know what to do with herself. Odds are, if Sofia didn't take Piper someone else would soon, "but that's just my ole two sense, y'know?"
