Hello! You are most surprising. I must be honest, I never expected to hear from you again, but I am rather glad to have gotten your letter. Funny enough, I had forgotten I sent you any shells! Though I have grown up a lot since then, I still held onto the first letter you sent me a few years ago. Thank you for being my role model outside of District 12, keep up the great work, doctor. 

It is impressive to hear you kept up with your studies while maintaining your victor duties, you must really be driven to do what you do. I appreciate the sentiment, but you don't have to call me doctor - the Hospital I work for is family owned, and there is still so much for me to learn before I feel I truly deserve the title. Sorry to hear you were affected by the Rose Plague, I had heard how monstrous the sickness was in 5 and 6. For once I am thankful to live in such a sparse district - even at its peak, we still saw more carbon monoxide poisonings than plague victims. 

My condolences for the loss of Ms. Valfierno if you two were close. 

No worries over the photo. With how well Isabella did this year, we have seen you on the televisions well enough. It must be strange growing up in front of the public as a child victor, I would despise constantly being seen. I did include a photo my sister took of me, though I don't like having my picture taken these days. Feel free not to keep it as long as you have the shells.  

I actually have an interest in becoming a trauma physician specifically, so I would love to keep in touch and exchange stories. Each patient's condition is so wildly different from the next, and I have always been good at handling high pressure. What draws you to orthopaedics? 

My family has been better, keep an eye out for a capitolite named Raisa for me if you will. Hope to hear from you again soon.
