The Games Square

Given that District Three is not a career District, the general feeling here during the games is often one of dread. the rest of the year, this place serves as a normal town square, with shops lining the streets and the town hall smack in the middle of everything. During the Games, people come here to watch the Tributes of their District fight and, more often than not, die.
