Prairie Dog Burrows

A stretch of mostly flat, barren land stands before you. Shrubs and scrawny trees dot the landscape, but heat scorched grass and dirt conquer it. An easy walk, right? Think again. A wise tribute must keep one eye on the ground at all times. Small burrowed holes are everywhere, dug by who knows what. Hungry creatures are lurking just beneath the surface. One wrong step and you could break a leg — or lose it.
