89th spin the bottle

hello! this is a thing that i used to do during the training center phase to give people a fun excuse to throw their tributes into a little event to get to know each other. bringing it back because why not! what will happen is you'll simply sign up with your tribute and then i'll organize a list of everyone who signed up. using that list, i'll do a dice roll for every tribute so everyone gets to spin at least once. whoever they land on is whoever they'll smooch!
