Hey tributes! Do you love a challenge? If yes, then we have the thing for you. If no, too bad! It's an automatic process and you have no choice! Muahahaha!

Starting this Games, the staff are proud to announce a new, fun way to spice up the betting thread: Beat the Odds! It's a fun way for those of you who are reaped and miss out on the free concise bio you would've otherwise gotten a chance to get one after all!

how it works!

Once list bets are closed, each tribute's average placement will be calculated. If the tribute manages to survive past that average placement, they will be rewarded with a concise biography! An example would be if I had an average placement of 24th, but ultimately get 14th place, I successfully beat the odds and get my concise bio!

How do you participate? Simple: Write your tribute! If you'd like to help set a specific goal for your tribute to beat by posting your own list bet, go for it! The important thing is that we are all having fun, and striving to reach the goals we've each set for our tributes this time around!
