Anthem - Day 5

The hot air wafts through the arena as you try to find the most comfortable side to sleep on. You notice that noises are getting louder, and that in the distance, cannons are ringing out at an alarming rate. You try to enjoy the time that you have with what people you think you have on your side, but you know way too well. They also are going to sleep with knives in between their legs. If you doze off at the wrong time, you too, could end up with the wrong end of a knife in the middle of your temple. You are just about to let sleep take you as you hear the sound of music, and a blue light flashes in the sky…

3 more cannons, 13 more stand in your way to claim victory. How badly you wish you could hold your loved ones right now. You close your eyes finally, but before you know it, you hear rustling in the distance, and a loud crack rips through the sky. Something is happening, and you are scared to see what it is supposed to be. Looks like you will be sleeping with your weapon close to you.

The morning cracks, but you are awaken in a verdant area. You do not recognized sleeping here before, but that isn’t important, what is, the hot weather, joined by the side of humongous dinosaurs looming over you. It is scary, but what is even scarier is that there are other tributes around you as well. These dinosaurs are huge, scary, and are looking at each other very much like this
