hi hi! between delia and ramsey's biographies and posts, i've been working on building up the junkyard slums of d1, expanding it by creating characters and past plotlines to- i guess- make it feel more realistic to me and anyone interested in reading along. now, delia has won and i really want to plot a LOT with her- more than just games-related stuff- and so i thought i would round up some of those important characters i've mentioned and post them here to see if anyone might be interested in writing one of them with me! i'll be adding more over the years as she continues to meet new people i think might be fun to write with, so keep ur eyes peeled!!!!

petal vanburen [zoe] - 17 as of the 6th, played by skyler samuels, younger sister to third games tribute petra vanburen, was ratted out for hooking up with delia under the bleachers at school, is quite popular and only hangs with the junkrats in secret, lest she draw anymore unnecessary bad attention to her already barely-hanging-on family, including an older brother named peter who eventually goes on to father the present-day vanburen line. she's dating felix now, though both are aware it is primarily for show.

oliver maddsy [open] - 20 as of the 6th, played by bob morley, the newest reckless idiot to call himself head honcho of the junkyard, his mother is believed to have something to do with delia's mother's death, as delia's mother became a narc and shirley maddsy has made her living as a drug dealer. he is stoic and arrogant and he has somehow intimidated everyone around him into submission. everyone so far, at least.

william 'lucky' blake [kaitlin] - 12 as of the 6th, played by charlie plummer, delia's little brother who has been staying with his friend lewis since his mom's passing, hates delia for dumping him and their sister, has been avoiding her visits, is a deviant middle school nightmare and basically plans on making the world hurt as much as it has hurt him. lotta unresolved anger issues in this one, ya know?

felix delaurentis [open] - 18 as of the 6th, played by mason gooding jr, the high school jock everyone loves, gave ramsey a bad blowjob behind the school greenhouse once, he's dumb and sweet and prone to infidelity against his for-status girlfriend, petal, which he thinks is okay because... it's for a status, ya know? his parents own the infamous- and only- laundromat located in the badlands.

millicent carrow [open] - 17 as of the 6th, played by maya hawke, her father made bombs for the war and somehow wasn't caught, then he converted it to making fireworks for a living once the rebels lost. millicent told everyone she saw delia's mom cracked out at the laundromat, which sparked a lot of events that ended with milly's father getting arrested for arson he didn't commit. helps that he was framed. or at least that's what milly suspects.

arthur pevick [nyte] - 15 as of the 6th, played by joshua bassett, a gifted-and-talented student with middle-child syndrome who was also the regular subject of ramsey's torment in their shared classes. he lives with his grammy, who owns the antique's shop. he's always been too soft for the junkyard, but he plans on escaping it as soon as he's able to stand on his own two feet, anyway. his younger brother, lewis, is who lucky has been staying with.

gretchen helvig [open] - 21 as of the 6th, played by krysten ritter, a coke head who is married to an… older… lawyer and who also adopted molly. her drug problem is a secret, as she thinks of herself as a success story, one of the few to escape the badlands and the junkyard and come out on the other side a standup citizen. the drugs are proof that no matter how far she runs, she always started in the same place.

talia lux [jay] - 18 as of the 6th, played by jane levy, she told on delia for smoking in the bathroom and delia kicked her teeth in. ever since she got the replacements, she's developed a lisp. she's grating upon meeting her, and doesn't have high expectations for herself, but also she is fiercely loyal to those on her team and will stoop to no end to seek vengeance on those who cross her

molly blake [tris] - 9 as of the 6th, played by alyvia alyn lind, lives with gretchen, terminally sweet and not yet entirely corrupted by the harsh world that'll get her soon enough. affectionate and desperate for love, and only incidentally warped by the circumstances of her raising. aka she'll probably end up being the worst of them by a long shot.
