An Anonymous Letter for Cliff O'Malley

Dear Mr. Cliff O'Malley,
I hope this letter finds you well. We haven't met before, but I wanted to reach out to you to first send my condolences about Abel. He was a strong young man, and I believe that he would have done great things as a victor. I'm sorry that that couldn't be how things worked out.
Now, onto other matters. Soon, a package will reach your doorstep as well. It will be from me, but I can't exactly tell you who I am. Please give this package to your son Cain. It is important that it reaches him, if possible. You are welcome to open it first, should you not trust me, understandably so, as you don't know who I am, but it is for him.
There will be another letter enclosed with the package, also meant for Cain.
The next topic of importance that I would like to bring up in this letter is that I would like to request something from you. If possible, I would like for you to send me a photograph of Abel, if you happen to have one that you're willing to give up. If not, I understand, but it would be nice to have.
Again, my condolences for the loss of your son. He will be greatly missed. I send my love to you and all of the O'Malleys.Sincerely,

-The letter is typed so that Cliff can't try to decipher who it is based on handwriting.
-The paper that the letter is on has some water damage, as does the envelope, as if someone had to go through the rain to deliver it.
-There is no proper return address on the envelope, but there is a small note inside with the letter that says "If you wish to respond to this letter, please deliver a sealed envelope simply labeled 'H' to Khione Fortescue in Khione Ice Cream Parlor in the District Square. She will make sure the letter reaches me."
